Seminar: Partner-Yoga
Mark und Elektra
met in South India in 2004 while studying yoga. They ran into each
other again at last year's Xplore weekend and decided to come together
this year to teach a workshop.
Elektra
came to Berlin seven years ago from New York City while on a
performance tour and decided to make Berlin her home continuing her
work with performance and video. She has studied yoga for the past 11
years, becoming a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga in
Berlin since 2002. She travels regularly to India where she continues
to study yoga and massage.
Mark
was born in rural Ireland, but has traveled all his adult life;
working and living in Europe, Asia and Africa. He has had a meditation
practice for over 20 years and is a certified yoga teacher and massage
therapist/instructor. Mark lives his winters in India where he runs
retreats and holidays. He travels/works as a yoga teacher and massage
therapist/trainer during the rest of the year.
Mark and Elektra will be teaching a naked partner yoga workshop. This morning class will be an invigorating way to begin the day. The workshop will help the participants to increase their physical well-being while developing a deeper relationship with themselves and to others.
